Care

Our chocolates should be stored in a cool dry place between 16-20°C out of direct sunlight. Avoid storing the chocolates in the fridge as they may begin to grow white spots (sugar bloom). If this happens the chocolate is still safe to eat – it will just effect the look of the chocolates. If you have no choice but to store the chocolates in your fridge, you should first wrap them in something air tight first and when removing from the fridge, allow them to come back to room temperature before unwrapping.

Only Mine chocolates best before dates will vary depending on the product. All our products have at least 12 months shelf life from the date of production. By the time you receive them most products would have well over 6 months shelf life however some items may have less if they have slow turn over.
