Retail Shipping Rates
We deliver Australia wide with standard (flat rate $15) or express postage (flat rate $20) options available at checkout
Due to the nature of chocolates, we will only ship our goods on Monday-Thursday to avoid products being stuck in warehouses over weekends. Order placed on Thursday-Sunday will be shipped on Monday morning. Products will be insulated and in warmer months sent with cooler packs to keep chocolates cool during transit. We endeavour as much as possible to protect the chocolates from the rigours of transport using strong packaging with appropriate insulation for both movement and temperature however Jala Jala is not liable for any damage to the product once it leaves our factory.
Orders may be shipped with Australia Post Express or another courier company depending on the speed of delivery. You will receive an email once your order is dispatched notifying you of who your parcel is being shipped with and the estimated day of delivery.
Please ensure someone is present to receive the delivery on the estimated day of delivery. You will be kept up to date with your delivery ETA via email and SMS (if you provide your phone number). Signature will be required upon delivery. Requests for call prior to or upon delivery as well as specific delivery times are unlikely to be fulfilled by Australia Posts delivery drivers. If you are not available at the time of delivery the parcel will be left at the nearest post office for collection. We are not able to redeliver parcels that have been left for collection, or if the address provided was incorrect or incomplete.
Customers in metro areas can usually expect their shipment to arrive between 3-6 business days from the date they place their order. Regional customers may experience slightly slower shipping times of between 5 and 9 days. Overseas deliveries can take up to 10 business days.
Our orders are shipped via Australia Post and are subject to their shipping times and any delays with Australia Post are out of our control.
Wholesale Shipping Rates
Our WHOLESALE goods carry a minimum order. Shipping will be calculated accordingly at checkout.
Orders will be fulfilled and dispatched from our distribution warehouse twice weekly. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order within a 14 day period we will contact you. Should you have your own courier service, you can pick up your goods from our distribution warehouse in Carrum Downs, Victoria and avoid shipping costs.
We do not take responsibility for any incorrect address details provided. If your order is returned to sender, shipping charges will apply to re-send the order. We recommend that customers provide a secure delivery address and contact details. We are not liable for any lost or stolen parcels. If you fear that your order may have gone missing in transit, please contact us ASAP.
