Jala Jala was founded by Sharon Brindley, a proud Yamatji/Noongar woman, with a clear purpose: to share culture through chocolate.
By pairing premium chocolate with native Australian ingredients, Jala Jala creates something familiar, layered with meaning. Each flavour is designed not just to taste good, but to spark curiosity and conversation — about ingredients, place, and story.
