Ingredients

  • 125g – Butter
  • 1/2 Cup – Caster sugar
  • 1/2 Cup – Brown sugar
  • 1 Tsp – Vanilla essense
  • 1 – egg
  • 1 1/2 – cups Self raising sugar
  • 180g – Only Mine Signature Hot Chocolate Mix.

Method

  • 1. Add melted butter to a large mixing bowl along with the flour
  • 2. Then add and mix sugars and butter till fluffy
  • 3. Then add egg and vanilla essence
  • 4. Stir in flour whilst also adding the Signature Hot Chocolate Mix
  • 5. Make into balls and place on a tray then put in oven on 180 degrees for 16 mins
  • 6. Take out tray and let the cookies sit for 15 minutes
  • 7. Enjoy
